The Committee meets each month and a planning session is held around October to update the Strategic Plan and set operational priorities for the Show in the following year. Most of the detailed planning for the Show is done by sub-committees that represent the various Show sections. Sub-committees may include individuals with particular expertise who are not Show Committee members but who have key roles in the running of the Show. Sub-committees are required to provide monthly reports to the Show Committee. Coordination of all these groups is the responsibility of the President, Emily Kenny and the Show Secretary, Tali Krieger.
