The Bellingen Show has been an important annual event for our community since 1881.
The Bellingen Show provides something for everyone and is a special opportunity for exhibitors, competitors and volunteers to be part of a truly community-based event.
However, it is only with the support of our fantastic volunteers that the Show runs year after year.
The show was cancelled last year because of the COVID-19 pandemic but has been given the go-ahead in 2021 and is scheduled for the weekend of 8th & 9th May.
As you can imagine, running a COVID-safe show comes with many extra requirements, and this simply means we need more volunteers.
You could help out scanning tickets at the gate, COVID marshalling certain areas, or doing one of the many other jobs that contribute to us putting on a successful show.
Or if you’re not available over the weekend then perhaps you can help in setting up before the event or packing up after the event.
Volunteers receive free entry to the show on the days they volunteer and all are invited to the Volunteers Day held three weeks before the show.
